The 24th edition of the renowned Black & Blue Festival will take place from October 8 to 14. The BBCM Foundation, the team behind the organization of this week-long event, announces a series of various official activities and, at the same time, the names of the event DJs at Palais des congrès on Sunday, October 12, under the theme « Inspiration Metropolis » linked to the mythic film Metropolis by Fritz Lang (1927).

Furthermore, the Festival includes cultural & sporting events such as a visit a Musée
Mc Cord for the exhibition « Musique – Le Québec de Charlebois à Arcade Fire », a play at Centaur Theater (Venus in Fur), and a play presented by Village Scene, and the Big Jump Volleyball tournament.
The main events DJs
The BBCM team is also happy to announce who will be DJing at the main event on Sunday, October 12 : Pascal B (Montréal), Philip White (Montréal), Stephan Grondin (Montréal), Bent Collective (Danny Verde from Italy and Steven Redant from Spain), Pagano (UK/Italy), Tom Stephan (UK/USA) and COYU (Spain).
The Black & Blue is well known for presenting shows throughout the 12 hour-long event and immersing the participants into a huge creative production. This year, the artist and choreographer Patrick Guay (with the BBCM dancers) will create a special show for the event. Other shows will be announced soon. Jean-François Rochefort will provide some advice and his help to create the costumes and the set up.

- The TOP VIP Festival pass which includes all the official events of the Festival, at a price of $400.00
- The Weekend VIP pass which includes a selection of the main events presented on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, at a price of $250.00
The individual tickets for the main event are still available at the special presale price (until September 1st):
